What this site does
Tazminat Hesaplama offers a fast, transparent calculation experience for kıdem and ihbar (optional leave) under the Labour Act, using the current period ceiling. Special-case guides (marriage, military service, retirement) and a kıdem delay-interest tool are also available.
How trust is built
Trust comes from source density, not invented “Av.” titles: Labour Act No. 1475 Art. 14, Labour Act No. 4857 Art. 17, and Ministry of Treasury and Finance circulars. Ceiling amounts update twice a year (January / July) from a single config file; pages show a “last updated” date.
What we do not do
